Madeline Waldorf is a current collegiate pitcher at Grand View University and a passionate private pitching instructor who is dedicated to helping athletes grow both on and off the field. Originally from Waukee, Iowa, Waldorf played at Van Meter High School before continuing her softball career at the collegiate level.

 

Throughout her career at Grand View University, Waldorf has earned numerous accomplishments including Female Freshman of the Year, All-Conference Honorable Mention, First Team All-Conference honors, and Player of the Game recognition at the NAIA World Series against No. 1 ranked Cumberlands. She has also consistently earned Dean’s List honors while balancing academics and athletics.

 

For nearly three years, Waldorf has provided private pitching lessons for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Her coaching focuses heavily on mechanics, technique, and the mentality required to succeed as a pitcher. She believes confidence, consistency, and mental toughness are just as important as physical ability inside the circle.

 

Waldorf is known for her enthusiastic, positive, and high-energy coaching style. She strives to create an environment where athletes feel encouraged, supported, and excited to improve. Her goal is not only to develop stronger pitchers, but also to help young athletes build confidence in themselves both in softball and in life.
